Terms & Conditions

These terms outline order changes, cancellations, shipping responsibilities, and returns for Swedegrain products.

1. Order changes

Orders may be modified within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us at support@swedegrain.com and providing your order number and contact details.

  • Within 24 hours: changes allowed with no fee.
  • 2–3 business days after order: 25% restocking fee applies to each changed or removed item.
  • After 3 business days: changes are no longer possible.

Address changes may still be possible after this time but may involve additional carrier fees.

Custom pieces and edited components may only be changed within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, they are final and non-refundable.

2. Order confirmation & lead times

Orders may require confirmation or drawing review before production begins. Production and lead times begin only after an order is finalized and payment is received.

If adjustments or edits are made after an order is submitted, production timelines restart once the revised order is finalized and paid.

3. Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with no fee by contacting support@swedegrain.com.

  • Within 24 hours: no cancellation fee.
  • 2–3 business days after order: 25% restocking fee applied to the entire order.
  • After 3 business days: orders cannot be cancelled.

All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

4. Shipping & delivery

Customers must be available to receive shipments when delivery is scheduled.

  • If delivery cannot be accepted within 3 days of scheduled arrival, additional storage or re-delivery charges may apply.

If shipping damage occurs:

  • Take photos immediately.
  • Report damage to the driver and note it on the delivery receipt.
  • Email photos and explanation within 72 hours.
  • Keep packaging and damaged materials for carrier inspection.

5. Returns & replacements

Because Swedegrain products are manufactured to order, returns are not accepted.

This includes cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, fillers, trims, and all custom components.

Manufacturer-related defects or production imperfections reported within 3 business days of delivery will be reviewed and may qualify for repair or replacement.

6. Final sale notice

All custom-built items are final sale once production begins and cannot be returned or exchanged.
