Shipping & Delivery
Made-to-order cabinet fronts with clear timelines, zone-based delivery, and careful packaging.
Production timeline
Orders typically ship within 5–7 weeks after final approval and payment. This includes production, finishing, quality checks, and protective packing.
Large kitchens, specialty finishes, or peak-season volume can extend timelines slightly. If your project is time-sensitive, reach out before ordering.
When the clock starts
- Door styles and finishes confirmed
- Any required approvals completed (samples, drawings, etc.)
- Payment received (or deposit, if applicable)
If selections or approvals are missing, your order is paused.
How shipping works
Packaging
Doors are packed with heavy-duty protection to reduce transit damage.
Carrier type
Most orders ship via palletized freight with curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery appointment
Carriers typically contact you to schedule a delivery window. Ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Receiving your order
- Inspect packaging before signing.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Photograph packaging and product immediately.
- Report issues within 48 hours.
If you sign “received in good condition” with no notes, freight claims can be difficult (and sometimes impossible).
Pickup option
Local pickup may be available in Manitoba by appointment.
Delivery zones & starting rates
Rates are starting estimates. Final delivery pricing is confirmed at checkout based on destination postal/zip code.
